The Chinese University of Hong Kong Rugby Football Club: Welcome to the Rugby Family!!! First of all, I would like to tell you a little bit more about Rugby. Please do not see Rugby as a pure violent sport, it is actually a tactical sport which centres on teamwork. Through training, you will gain knowledge about Rugby, skills and tactics; also you will definitely improve your fitness and can build up your body. But the most important thing is that you will meet a bunch of crazy people who are willing to die for you with no reason and will share sorrows and happiness with you. 千萬不要認為欖球只是一種純暴力的運動，其實真正的欖球是一種極講求策略和團隊合作的運動。透過訓練，你會學到正確的欖球知識，技術和策略，而且會得到強健體魄，最重要的是你會擁有一班與你出生入死，同甘共苦的隊友。
